Love & Light was founded by Cherry Arnold in 2022, as an alternate wellness space for people wanting to reach a higher state of consciousness and well-being.
A space to relax and reconnect, Cherry offers one to one private sessions in this space to practice a number of spiritual wellness methods, to help clients live an abundant life full of love & light.

Private sessions offered include spiritual reading, past life reading, hypnotherapy, tarot card reading, reiki healing, channeled readings or past life regressions.

Yes all of my sessions can be done through video call. Just contact me using the form to arrange a time and date to suit you.

When practicing spiritual readings, I will also offer validation within readings, so that you can accept a spirit into your reading.

We are all at different stages on our spiritual journey, and when booking a private one to one session it is recommended that you are open to the spiritual world to get the best out of your session. If you do not believe in the spiritual world, this is not to to say you cannot have a successful reading.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend to you one to one session. This is your reading to be enjoyed, and 1 guest is welcome.

This depends entirely how much work there is to do. Some clients have between 4-6, and others make it a regular ongoing session.
